We are looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer with 4+ years of experience in testing Salesforce applications to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, performance, and security of our Salesforce implementations through rigorous manual testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning & Strategy – Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.

• Functional & Regression Testing – Conduct manual testing for Salesforce features, including Lightning UI, workflows, and custom applications.

• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – Collaborate with business users to validate real-world scenarios and business processes.

• API Testing – Perform manual API testing using tools like Postman or SOAP UI to validate integrations.

• Bug Tracking & Reporting – Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, TestRail, or Azure DevOps.

• Cross-Browser & Cross-Platform Testing – Ensure compatibility of Salesforce applications across various browsers and devices.

• Data Validation & SOQL Testing – Validate data consistency and correctness by executing SOQL queries in Salesforce.

• Collaboration with Development & Business Teams – Work closely with developers, admins, and stakeholders to improve product quality and performance.

• Salesforce Security & Compliance Testing – Validate role-based access, permissions, and security controls.

Required Skills & Experience:

🔹 4+ years of experience in manual testing of Salesforce applications
🔹 Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, Lightning UI, workflows, and security models
🔹 Experience in writing and executing test cases, test plans, and test reports
🔹 Hands-on experience with JIRA, TestRail, or other test management tools
🔹 Knowledge of API testing (Postman, SOAP UI) and SOQL queries
🔹 Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in sprint-based testing environments
🔹 Ability to identify edge cases, performance issues, and UX inconsistencies
🔹 Experience with Salesforce Admin functions (validation rules, page layouts, flows) is a plus
🔹 Salesforce Certified Administrator or QA certifications (preferred but not mandatory)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

⭐ Experience with Performance Testing using JMeter
⭐ Basic knowledge of Automation Testing (Selenium, Provar, or Tosca)
⭐ Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud testing
